About this Product

The Snazaroo dotter wand has sponge applicator tip that you can load with any color paint to create dots of all sizes for pearls, bubbles and accents for any design.

To use: Dip tip of dotter wand in water then rub the tip over the surface of the paint and load with a generous amount of paint. Then touch on the skin and spin, the more pressure you to apply, the larger the dot. Rinse and repeat with different colors as required.
