Where is Face Paint World?

Here are some quick answers:

I want to the store to shop or pick up an order. Where is it?

The Face Paint World shop is in our house in Mt Colah on the northern edge of Sydney. You’ll get the full address when you make an appointment to visit.

When will I get my order?

Most orders are posted same day or within 24 hrs (business days only of course) but delivery time varies.

I want to add more to my recent order

If you’ve only just placed the order and realised there’s something else you need, go ahead and place an order for the additional items. Select “Combine with previous order” at checkout so there’s no extra postage costs.

If the additional items are not likely to fit in same satchel or we’ve had time to pack your initial order please phone or text Kylie-Anne on 0410 050 782 to check before placing second order.

How much will postage cost?

Postage costs will be shown on the cart page calculated according to the weight and size of products in your cart and destination country.

I want to track my parcel or get a copy of my invoice

You will be emailed tracking and a PDF invoice but you can also look up tracking here (you’ll need your order number) and you can find your invoice here (if you are logged in).
