Mehron’s StarBlend™ Cake Makeup is a highly pigmented, pressed powder that can be used wet or dry. It provides exceptional coverage, vibrant colour and blends easily with an effortless application.
StarBlend can be applied as a soft, dry powder over a base-coat of regular face paint to give a smoother, more even coverage. It is particularly useful for adding shadow effects, highlights and softly blended colour. When applied wet, StarBlend gives a stronger colour. For highest saturation of colour, apply wet, then set it with a layer of dry StarBlend powder. StarBlend lasts longer than conventional cake makeup as it was developed to withstand the extreme performance conditions, including hot stage lights.
