Rainbow Glow one-stroke is a bright neon split-cake which glows fiercely under blacklights, making it ideal for LGBTI/Mardis Gras events, music festivals and glow parties.

These new split-cakes from Global Colours have a magnet built in to the bottom to attach to metal tables, and metal-lined palettes and kits such as Craft’n’Go. This keeps them neatly organised and secure, while attaching to a vertical surface such as the lid of a Craft-n-Go frees up your valuable table space, giving you more room to work comfortably.

Special Advice from Global Colours regarding their NEON pigments: Our Neon Pigments have been used extensively for many years on millions of faces without any reports of problems. Neon pigments are widely used by face painters around the globe however, the US FDA and EU Commission have not tested them to be used in cosmetics and so they cannot officially be approved as a cosmetic. As such they require labelling as Special FX.
