Mehron’s Mixing Liquid is a liquid fixative base for mixing with dry pigments such as Metallic Powder and Precious Gem Powders. When mixed, a shimmering liquid paint/makeup is created that dries completely and holds for extended periods of time.

Mehron’s unique formula transforms powders into water-resistant and transfer-proof liquid paints that will keep your makeup looking fresh and flawless all day long.

Unique metallic or jewel-like paints can be created for special projects in body painting and face painting.

How to use this product:

Mix a small amount of Mixing Liquid with Precious Gem Powder or Metallic Powder to create a metallic liquid makeup. This can be applied by brush, sponge or airbrush. Dries completely.

Remove with makeup remover.

Great product. It mixes will with pigments and pant. Cleans up easy and wears well.

Definitely helps with the application of water activated face paints. I used this with the Wolfe FX face paints and it helped make it last all night. Although I never used it with the metallic powders or glitter like they advertise it to work with.

Great for glitters and loose pigments. Great mixing medium, a little goes a long way. Once placed on the skin, makeup doesn’t come off until you remove it.
