We strive to provide fast service and most orders are posted with 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on Fridays, might not be posted until the following Monday. Orders with Express Post are given priority and we strive to post as soon as possible. Orders placed after 12pm may not be posted until the following day.
Once posted, delivery time is up to Australia Post. Australia Post’s regular delivery times within Sydney usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Delivery in Australia, outside Sydney may be 2 to 7 business days. Delivery of international orders may take 2 weeks.
Express Post takes 1 business day from date of postage, if the delivery address is within the National or NSW Express Post Network. Express Post outside the state capitals may take more than one business day.
For an estimate of how long delivery will take, please refer to Australia Post’s Postage Calculator. Enter “2079” as the “From” postcode, your own postcode under “To”, then enter any figures for size & weight. You will get an estimate of standard delivery times and whether or not express post should arrive the next day.
We CANNOT guarantee postage or delivery times. Please allow ample time for delivery before your event.
Face Paint World cannot take responsibility for the service provided by Australia Post (or any other delivery service used for international orders).
Postage costs are calculated automatically based on the weight and size of the products, and shown on the checkout page.
If you are ordering from outside Australia, your postage costs and options will be adjusted after you enter your shipping address.
Occasionally the calculator may overcharge on postage costs. When this happens, we will issue a refund of the excess via Paypal.
“POA (Free)” – NOT FREE Sorry! This means the checkout cannot calculate the shipping costs due to the size of the order or location of delivery address. Please contact us for a quote.
Please double-check your delivery address! For all mailed parcels, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their address is entered correctly. Parcels will be addressed exactly as they are entered in the customer details. Face Paint World cannot be responsible for delay or loss of an order due to incorrect address details on your order.
Once your order has been posted, you should receive an email from us with a tracking number. You may use this to track your order with Australia Post via their website Track my Item.
The tracking scans usually only show lodgement at Australia Post, a scan on the morning it will be delivered, and then “delivered”.
Most parcels are sent without requiring signature on delivery to keep your postage costs low. Face Paint World can take no responsibility if your parcel goes missing after it is delivered. If you want the extra security and peace of mind of signature on delivery on your parcel, please let us know. This service costs an extra $3, a cost we may or may not pass on to you. Sometimes at our own discretion we will add this ourselves depending on destination and value of order.
To save on shipping costs, you may pick up your order from us at Mount Colah (northern suburbs of Sydney, NSW) You will need to contact us to arrange the details.
